in3E strives to engage, educate, and elevate salespeople from many walks of life by offering “selling on brand” training.
After graduating with a degree in English Education and Sociology, professionally teaching, and accumulating more than 20 years in consumer and corporate B2B sales, I have found that at every point we can all use some help sharpening our selling tools.
Maybe it is because I have sold through many channels (door-to-door, phone sales, retail sales, B2B sales, corporate account management, and C-Suite) that I have become comfortable calling myself a professional salesperson.
And, at every venture, I have had the pleasure of providing peer-mentoring, hosting sales trainings and presentations, and managing sales people to exceed their personal and professional goals.
I believe my love for the skill of sales really comes from working with others to refine their process of prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and delivering on their offer.
However, for most people not in an official sales role, the idea of selling can be challenging.
For some, they believe they are not charismatic or polished enough to be persuasive. And for others, they may just be terrified of asking people to do business with them.
Overall, truth is, sales is just a process. And every day, you work through processes that you had to learn to advance in whatever you do.
And with our guidance, practice, and time you can become more confident and comfortable with that process.
Your session will be a safe place to discuss your areas of concern, experiment with ideas, role-play, review deals and presentations for up-coming delivery.
